Chris DBF has 2 data base structures. Double precision, for the greatest accuracy. Old single precsion data bases can be converted to the new format within ChrisDBF. The new data base format has each channel written as a separate data file, this overcomes the restrictions imposed when writting a backup to CDROM. Single precision, for compact size. (Original data base structure). |

As ChrisDBF has been written in Microsoft Visual Studio, data base size limitations are determined by the Windows operating system. |
